At Rieker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Rieker box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
